I went on the HCG diet about 8 weeks and to date i have lost 38 lbs! I have tried every diet in the book but, none have has this success. I ran out of the HCG max spray and bought the 2 week supply of HCG ultra from the HGC website. This was a mistake because my weight loss was almost at a stand still for 2 weeks.
